What can we each do to heal our divided society?

Recently, I gave a TEDx Talk trying to answer that question. One source of inspiration was a quote by the great Martin Luther King, Jr., who is on all our minds this week: “Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend.”

As you know, I believe that each one of us has a special gift. Sharing that gift with others — one at a time — is an act of love. And so when we share our gifts, no matter how big or small, we transform enemies into friends. We do our part to heal our society, and that’s why our gifts have been given to us.
